How to claim your money back
Firstly, you need to contact your Eye Care
Professional to discuss your concerns and, if necessary, arrange an
appointment. If after seeing your Eye Care Professional you
are still not satisfied, please click here or on the link below and
complete a claim form. Please send in your receipt and your
remaining PureVision 2 contact lenses or Biotrue multi-purpose
contact lens solution to the address indicated on the
form.
Please note our Satisfaction Guarantee covers the
cost of the contact lenses or contact lens solution
only. No refunds will be granted for fitting or consultation
fees.
Terms and Conditions
1. The instructions form part of the
rules.
2. The Satisfaction Guarantee only
applies to Bausch + Lomb PureVision® 2 HD contact lenses and
Biotrue® multi-purpose contact lens solution.
3. Only one claim per
person and claims must be received within 30 days of
purchase'.
4. All refunds will be fulfilled by
cheque or bank transfer.
5. Allow 30 days for
delivery.
6. Bausch + Lomb can accept no
responsibility for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the
post.
7. All claims must be accompanied by a
valid receipt and the remaining supply of the
product.
8. Claims can be made for a maximum of
3 or 6 pairs of PureVision2 HD contact lenses or a 300ml bottle or
2 x 300ml bottles (Value Pack) of Biotrue multi-purpose
solution.
9. Claims can only be processed if you
have informed your Eye Care Professional of your
dissatisfaction. Professional fees for eye examinations or
consultation fees are not included.
10. Personal data provided on the claim form will be used by
Bausch + Lomb and its agents to process the Satisfaction Guarantee
claim. Participants consent to the use and processing of their
personal data in connection with this promotion.
11. Bausch + Lomb's determination as to any matter pertaining to
these terms and conditions and/or the Satisfaction Guarantee shall
be final and binding.
12. This Satisfaction Guarantee is offered by Bausch & Lomb
UK, whose registered office is Bausch + Lomb House, 106 London
Road, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey, KT2 6TN, UK.
13. This offer is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents
only. The Satisfaction Guarantee, these terms and conditions, and
any dispute or claim arising out of or connected with them, shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England
